Consists of a 2 story smoke-free building with 61 family and individual public housing units along with 20 detached townhome style apartments available for families. The main building has both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom ground level apartments while the detached units have 2 and 3 bedroom units. East View Apartments features, outdoor covered patio, garage parking along with off-street parking. All apartments include paid utilities, a refrigerator and a range. Detached family units have laundry hook-ups available within each unit. The main building houses a community room, cafeteria, laundry facilities and an elevator for easy travel. East View Apartments also has tenant activities along with services available for meals, taxi, personal care and housekeeping which are provided thru an independent contractor located on-site. The tenant services are provided each weekday and weekend and serves two meals each day. Reduced tenant service pricing available for qualifying individuals and family members.
